This guy seen at Goodison Park, Liverpool during the Everton vs Man City match handcuffing himself to the goal post. He may have been seen as an idiot to some, but did he do enough to distract City? Everton managed to win the game 1-0.

Should it be legal?

Should it be legal? That is the big question. Weed is illegal in most parts in the world. Only Amsterdam, and most recently California are known to have legalized weed. Research shows that alcohol and cigarette smoking causes more harm and deaths around the world. And can u guess how many deaths have been reported to have been caused by weed? NONE!! So do u think it should be legalized based on these facts? Fruit for thought.
